Resolved: Help with D8 and D9
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I found out there are 2 frequencies provided by my internet provider and Neato selects the designated speed which was 5.0 and they needed the slower speed 2.4mhz. So I changed the defined speeds so Neato referenced the slower speed and it worked much better.

I have a 3rd Neato and guess I am a a very slow learner. None of them have every lasted.
Newest 1 has probably been used 4 or 5 times and now will not start, no error message, no tel customer support. Both of the posted tel customer support numbers are not in service!!!
